David Abbott - CEO

Dave joined IBS in January of 1998. He is responsible for the overall plan and organization of IBS technology and design. Dave started his career with six years at Cray Research. Before joining IBS, he was Director of Information System Operations at MCC Behavioral Care. Dave earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Tim Little - President and Founder

Tim founded HECMS in April of 2002. He is responsible for the overall financial and operational goals of HECMS. HECMS has completed extensive contract research work and marketing for IDC. Tim started his career with 20 years at Cray Research. Before forming Starline Technology in April of 2001, Tim worked 2 years at SGI as Linux Workstation Product Manager. Tim earned his Masters Degree in Business Management from College of St. Scholastica and his Electrical Degree from DeVry Institute. Starline Technology is privately held company supplying HECMS with the support resources to extend its market share in High-End Computing.
