HECMS is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We strive maintain a
solid partnership with all our clients. If you are not completely
satisfied with any of our services or products contact us within 10
business days from the receipt of product. We will attempt to rectify
any outstanding issues with delivered product within 10 business days.
If for any reason we are unable to meet your request we will refund
100% of your money. HECMS reserves the right to cancel, change, extend
or modify its services or products. In this instance customers will be
notified of these options changes and retained the option to opt out of
any provided service or product.

CD-ROM, DVD, hardcopy, and password protected web based solutions.
